Mr. Duncan grew up in Oklahoma City.  He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1971 with a   BS degree in Personnel Mgmt.    Perry has  been in the Residential lending industry since January 1972.  He has been directly involved in the origination of home loans since 1974.  He obtained the designation of FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter in 1984 and the designation as a VA Automatic underwriter in 1985.  Mr. Duncan has managed a number of companies during the last 25 years including:  Liberty Mortgage Company, American Capital Mortgage Company, Waterfield Financial Corporation, First Commercial Bank and SWBC Mortgage Corporation.

Mr. Duncan previously served as the President of the Oklahoma Mortgage Bankers Association in 1994-1995.  He has been the President of the Oklahoma City Mortgage Bankers Association.  Perry teaches Continuing Education approved by the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission to numerous Real Estate groups and is considered one of the most knowledgable lenders in the Central Oklahoma area.

Mr. Duncan believes that the most satisfying part of the mortgage lending industry is the opportunity to work with homebuyers in helping them realize their dreams of homeownership.
